Results & operating proof

Performance improvement should be measurable—and manageable.

SAPRO evaluates results against a documented baseline, defined targets and the operating controls responsible for the movement. The goal is not another report. It is a reliable path from trusted data to verified correction.

Our proof standard

Evidence before marketing language.

A credible operating case should show the starting condition, the data source, the control installed and how the result was verified. SAPRO uses this standard for every client review.

Validated baselineReconciled source data and a defined comparison period.
Defined metricA clear formula, owner, target and review cadence.
Documented actionThe workflow or management control responsible for change.
Verified outcomeRe-measurement that separates activity from durable improvement.
Founding operating case

Paris Children’s Dentistry: building accountability on both sides of the P&L.

SAPRO was first built inside Paris Children’s Dentistry to solve a practical problem: the practice needed stronger control of nonclinical expenses, revenue-cycle execution and operating accountability while protecting the owner’s independence.

Because Mitch Scott serves as the practice’s Chief Operating Officer and as SAPRO’s managing partner, the model had to work from both perspectives. SAPRO could not simply add services and fees. Its scope had to fit what the practice P&L could responsibly support and remain accountable to agreed operating goals.

Establish financial visibilityConnect revenue, labor, overhead and operating data so decisions begin with a reconciled view of the practice.
Structure nonclinical executionOrganize revenue cycle, scheduling support, reporting, technology and administrative workflows around clear ownership.
Install governanceAssign targets, owners, deadlines and escalation rules so exceptions cannot disappear inside disconnected reports.
Earn the right to expandBegin with the smallest responsible scope and add support only when the evidence shows that it can create value within the P&L.

Measured operating results

Accountability translated into measurable performance.

After SAPRO established connected reporting, revenue-cycle oversight and operating accountability at Paris Children’s Dentistry, the practice could measure both collection performance and the speed at which revenue converted into cash.

98.5%

Collected within 90 days

The headline revenue-cycle result and SAPRO’s governed 90-day collection standard.

18 days

Average payment time

Payment velocity was not tracked before SAPRO. The measurement system now makes this result visible and manageable.

89.5%

Collected within 60 days

Up from 60% collected within the same 60-day measurement window.

148% marketing ROI

Marketing attribution was not previously tracked. SAPRO established measurement and achieved a reported 148% return on marketing investment.

50% shorter wait time

Average patient wait time decreased from 30 minutes to 15 minutes.

83% hygiene recall

The hygiene recall rate increased from 54% to 83%—a 29-point improvement.

Zero front-office turnover

Front-office turnover moved from three staffing changes per year to zero turnover over the following 12 months.

4.8+ average rating

The practice’s online-review average improved from 4.7 to more than 4.8 stars.

Measurement became a management tool

Collections, payment velocity, marketing return and operating measures were brought into one accountable review rhythm.

Measurement note: Before-and-after time windows are kept consistent within each comparable metric. Marketing ROI and average payment time were not tracked before SAPRO, so they are presented as newly governed outcomes rather than percentage improvements. These results describe PCD’s operating experience and are not a guarantee of future performance for another practice.
What the operating system governs

One control layer across the practice.

Revenue cycle

Verification, claims, denials, payment velocity, collections and A/R exceptions.

Operations

Schedule capacity, patient flow, phones, treatment follow-up and workflow completion.

Financials

Cash flow, profitability, labor, overhead and budget-to-actual performance.

Workforce

Staffing, compliance, accountability, time-off visibility and operating coverage.

Growth

Marketing performance, patient acquisition, retention, reputation and conversion.

Technology

Connected data, governed access, automated routing and exception monitoring.

What prospective clients should expect.

SAPRO does not promise that one practice will reproduce another practice’s result. We establish the baseline, identify the constraint, install the control and measure whether the operating system is improving performance.

Diagnose

Find the small number of constraints creating the largest cash, capacity or profit impact.

Govern

Install scorecards, ownership, weekly review rhythms and corrective-action rules.

Improve

Track movement, verify causation and refine the process until the improvement is stable.
